Processing Time
Please note that shipping time does not include processing time. Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–14 business days (Monday–Friday). Once shipped, your package is in the hands of the postal service (e.g. USPS or UPS), depending on the shipping method you selected.
Shipping & Address Info
We do not guarantee exact delivery dates — shipping times may vary based on your location and chosen service. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If you need to change your address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but we may not be able to change it if your order has already been packed and processed.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, please reach out. The customer will be responsible for reshipment fees.
Lost or Missing Packages
Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier, we consider it successfully delivered. If you’re experiencing issues, feel free to reach out — we’ll do our best to help, but please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Customs and Import Taxes
At this time, we only ship within the United States. Any taxes or fees applied at checkout are calculated automatically.
